What impressed us the most was the team’s extensive knowledge – rather than simply showcasing the wedding dresses, they went into details to explain the designer history, concept behind each dress, and the cut and techniques used in the making of each piece… to the extent that we felt that we were really in a couture house!

They were also very warm and understanding, while many other bridal shops in HK wouldn’t allow photographs and try to push you to close the sales on the first visit, Jackie personally took some photos for us and asked us to think it through, “it’s important that the bride makes the right decision!”. When setting out to find my wedding dress in HK, I visited several bridal shops before landing on the LOFT Bridal. Where other bridal shops in Hong Kong showcase a large number of designer wedding gowns that are generic in style, commonly seen and otherwise lack character, the LOFT Bridal carries unique pieces with each one being truly art designs of their own.

This is by far the most well curated bridal shop I have ever been to in HK. Their bridal dresses are definitely not your stereotypical designer wedding gowns! They are all unique, one-of-a-kind, super chic and stunning! The store owner Jackie, who is also so stylish herself, was so nice and so helpful during my appointment. She gave insights on which bridal dresses would look best on me and what else would go well with them. I also love the fact that she is not pushy and let you take your time in deciding which bridal dress is the one for you. It makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable!
